Springs Café Review:

Springs Café at Springs Preserve is an off-the-Strip gem. Now, people who are fans of Chef Wolfgang Puck's creations can enjoy a taste of natural and organic food in a beautiful environment.

While at the Springs Café, try soups like farmers market sweet white corn, topped with eggplant caviar, fire-roasted bell peppers and sweet basil. Salads include a chopped salad, four cheese with mozzarella, fontina, goat cheese and parmesan and a spicy oregon pink shrimp salad, with tender leeks, fire-roasted bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro.

Chef Puck's signature Chinois Chinese chicken salad is deliciously light and full of flavor. The salad mixes slow roasted free-range chicken with romaine lettuce, Napa cabbage, radicchio and sweet sesame cashews, topped with crispy won tons, pickled ginger and a honey soy dressing.

Other options including barbecued salmon BLT, "Big Springs" rotisserie pork sandwich with barbecued pulled pork, and prime grilled cheeseburgers with grilled Bermuda onions make dining at Springs Café fun for the whole family.

Springs Café participates in the WELL program (Wolfgang's Eating, Loving and Living program) which is dedicated to providing the freshest ingredients while contributing to the conscious treatment of the environment.

All of the fish and seafood is on the sustainable seafood list. High quality produce is combined with ethically treated and environmentally mindful ingredients to create an eco-friendly and casual-upscale dining experience.

The restaurant itself is a spacious open café with vibrant green paint and modern accents throughout. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows let guests view the Springs Preserve from inside the restaurant. Additional seating is available outside on the patio.
